ABOUT MY KITCHEN

Running a small food business from my kitchen "Gillian's Kitchen" preparing healthy homemade tasty relishes and chutneys.  Operated from my kitchen and adhering to the strict Food Hygiene Regulations practising safer food, better business methods.  I have a 5 Food Hygiene Rating certified by the Wirral Council. 

Packed with vegetables with no added sugar and, home cooked to lock in the flavours.  Packaged in sterilised glass jars which are then placed into an electric preserving pan which is controlled by a thermostat.  The sterilised glass jars are then "pouched" to ensure any harmful bacteria is eliminated.  I would recommend that you store your Relish in a cool place and consume within 5 days of opening.
