Latest simple idea from our school dinners. I also have fond memories of mum making large slabs of sponge filled with sultanas or topped with jam. Nowadays we are so consumed with making healthy choices, I think we have got lost along the way. Fatless sponges full of artifical sweetener and extra eggs can overwhelme our taste buds.
