Artisan Bread Week

I have been busy with my new project baking Artisan Breads. Artisan means handmade, no electric gadget apart from the Oven. All the bread is hand kneaded, not a dough hook in sight.

As you can see from my photo. I made wholemeal loaves, sour dough, buns, croissants, lemon drizzle, I know it's not bread but still handmade and scrumpicious. Finally, the most amazing shortbread.
