Egg Custards


you won't believe how tasty these egg custards are by a simple swop of pastry with brown bread 

I rolled out sliced brown bread, but white will do just as well, then using a pastry cutter I cut out large circles then popped them into a muffin tin. I baked them for 5 mins 

For the mixture into used eggs, dash of almond milk, vanilla essence, Sukrin sugar & nutmeg.

then poured the mixture into the muffin tin before baking I sprinkled nutmeg and baked for 10 minutes until they were set. 

TIP; I have bagged the left over bread cuttings and will make them into bread crumbs for freezer.
