Measuring spoons are a necessity when cooking with spices and baking 

I love these spoons mostly because I can read them without using my glasses 

Secondly, most important when it comes to baking is weighing. My digital scales can weigh in grammes & pounds. As you know I'm always baking, sometimes I get too sure of myself and don't weigh out my ingredients and making mistakes which is reflected in my cakes. 

Next is my theometer which indicates the boiling of jams, relishes & caramel.
