Healthy Homemade Quiche


A quick quiche to make & bake....cheese & chive quiche.  I used tub cottage cheese (drained) mixed in 3 eggs then topped with tomatoes. Baked on high for 40 minutes.

you can transform a plain quiche into quiche Lorraine by adding lean bacon bits or larders.  Try a creamy smoked salmon quiche by adding Greek yogurt.

served with my very healthy Greek yogurt coleslaw packed with vegetables
