Coronation Chicken

I kid you not this is much much better than shop bought Coronation Chicken.  

I served mine with my homemade Sun Dried Tomatoes 

Method; cooked Chicken, Greek yogurt, teaspoon cinnamon, teaspoon curry powder, few sultanas, teaspoon mango chutney & season well.  Make ahead of time to let the spices infuse.
