Homemade Healthy Pasties


Why have I not made these before.  Lots of ideas floating around on social media about replacing pastry with wraps. 

For my filling I used my homemade Scouse which has been in the slow cooker for 6 hours. Kids said they are fed up with slow cooker meals. They enjoyed the pasties. 

Tip; don't over fill them. 

Egg wash the edge or use water. Then crimp them together using a fork. Then egg wash the wraps. Pop in hot oven for 12 minutes.
