Christmas Cake


Yes it's that time of the year. My nobadded sugar or fats Tea Loaf is so popular, that I've decided to turn it into a Christmas Fruit Cake. 

Packed with cherries, cranberries & mixed dried fruits soaked for days in a 3 cinnamon tea,  it smells of Christmas in a jar or in my case in a cake.

It's baking in a heavy duty round baking tin.
