Pumpkin Relish
Busy morning making pumpkin relish to accompany my homemade sausage rolls.
I've toasted the pumpkin seeds to scatter over the relish.
For my homemade sausage rolls I will use the meat from the pork & leek slimming world syn free sausages you can buy from Iceland. After cooking the sausage meat I will top with caramelised red onions then roll up in filo pastry. Before egg washing & baking.
I'll add a photo of them tomorrow.
