Homemade Sausage Rolls
As promised my version of sausage rolls slimming world style. I used SW pork syn free sausages from Iceland.
After defrosting the sausages I squeezed the meat out of their skins. Not for the faint hearted, them I mixed in an egg and grated
apple.
I laid out sheet of filo pastry then added my syn free red onion relish along side the meat. After that I rolled up the filo pastry.
Then cut into bite size pieces. Sprayed with fry light & baked for 20 minutes.
