Gingerbread Flapjacks

The kitchen smells of Christmas as I've been baking Gingerbread Flapjacks & Christmas Cakes.

The flavouring I used for my Flapjacks is gingerbread black tea. It smells scrumptious.

The Christmas Cakes flavours used in the luxury mixed fruit soaked in cinnamon black tea. It's sweet enough so no need for added sugars or sweeteners.
