Banana Loaf


It’s 3 o’clock time for tea and cake. 

Freshly baked Banana Loaf, still warm from the oven. 

Using an over ripe banana mashed into flour, sugar and egg. No added fats necessary, as the banana makes the cake lovely and moist.
