It’s SHOVE TUESDAY PANCAKE DAY


It’s Shove Tuesday, so it must be Pancake Day. A couple of healthy recipes for you....

My favourite Pancakes made with overnight oats. Soak 40g oats for couple hours (or overnight) in Greek Yogurt and teaspoon of vanilla essence. Mix in 2 eggs. Dollop spoonfuls into a very hot pan, flip. Serve...mmmm I added cinnamon today.

Second one, separate 2 eggs. Whip the egg whites, fold into the mixed egg yolks & teaspoon vanilla essence. Fry in very hot pan.
