Syn Free no carbs CLOUD BREAD
Cloud Bread is a phenomenon and is used as an alternative to bread by low-carb dieters the world over. Cloud Bread is a healthy alternative to wheat bread, ideal if you are following a gluten free diet.
Ingredients;
3 eggs
Tub of Quark or cottage cheese (drain excess water)
1 teaspoon of cream of tartar
Preheat oven to 180c
Separate egg yolks from egg whites
Combine the yolks with the quark or cottage cheese, cream of tartar (add herbs & seasoning)
Whisk the egg whites until they form soft peaks
Fold in the egg whites into mixture
Dollop the mixture into even rounds onto baking tray
Bake for 25-30 minutes
