Portuguese Custard Tarts


I make 2 versions; full fat full sugar tarts and vegan/gluten free Portuguese Custard Tarts. The vegan custard is simple to make using a few ingredients; almond milk, cornflour, liquid sugar with a pinch of turmeric. It’s a similar recipe for my vegan lemon curd.
