It’s Bread Week

There’s nothing nicer than the smell of freshly home baked bread.

Week One of my Patisserie Course, I made bread. Using simple ingredients; strong white flour, oil, warm water, dash of salt, sugar and of course yeast. 2 provings later, then popped into a hot oven for 20 minutes. I got this little beauty. Delicious 😋
