Homemade Focaccia

This evening’s bake was Focaccia.... We baked it in cake tins ? I would have put it in a Square tin and added the topping after baking, as the garlic, rosemary & basil burnt on everyone’s focaccia. Anyway it was delicious with a chunk of cheese.
