This week at College it was creaming process to make sponges and biscuits.
victoria Sponge which I have made countless times at home and shortbread. The Sponge wasn’t as glamorous as previous bakes, but went down a treat with the family. Unfortunately, the shortbread was binned, no one liked tge halzenuts or cinnamon.
