Christmas Stollen

Adapting a hairy bikers receipe. I made a Stollen for the Cafe at The Winter Fair.

It takes at least 4 hours from start to finish.  Sold out at the Winter Fair.

Sunday baking i decided to make another one to share wirh friends.
